Last Updated: September 2025
1. Introduction

Welcome to Xaveit, operated by Xaveit Pte. Ltd. (“Xaveit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xaveit. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform. This agreement includes important information about your legal rights and obligations, including limitations on our liability, your indemnification responsibilities, and mandatory dispute resolution procedures.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Xaveit platform is restricted to individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent to use this platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all the terms and conditions herein. Xaveit reserves the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access many features of the platform, users must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including full legal name, valid email address, and any other required information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must notify Xaveit immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. Xaveit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

4. Description of Services

Xaveit provides a digital platform for the collection, validation, and presentation of non-academic achievements. Services include the ability to:
-
Upload and categorize achievements.
-
Attach supporting documents such as certificates, videos, and web links.
-
Request and display endorsements from mentors or educators.
-
Tag each achievement by type (e.g., leadership, volunteering) and by recognition level (school, national, etc.).
-
Generate personalized digital portfolios for educational and professional use.
The platform may be updated from time to time to introduce new features, fix bugs, or comply with regulatory requirements.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Xaveit operates on a subscription-based model. Users may continue to use the Free plan at no cost. For access to premium features, users may subscribe to the Pro Plan at SGD 3.90 per month or SGD 36 per year (a discounted rate of approximately 23% when paid annually). Payment is processed through third-party vendors and is subject to their terms and conditions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method in accordance with the billing cycle chosen. If a subscription is made outside of Singapore, the applicable exchange rate on the date of payment will follow the rate provided by the third-party payment processor. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard, but no refunds will be issued for partial months or years. Xaveit reserves the right to adjust subscription fees and will notify users of any changes at least thirty (30) days in advance.

6. User Content and License

Users retain all rights to the content they upload, including achievements, documentation, and endorsements (“User Content”). By submitting content, users grant Xaveit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and use such content solely to operate and enhance the services. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all submitted content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Xaveit reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or is deemed inappropriate.

7. Mentor Endorsements

Users may invite mentors, teachers, or coaches to verify and endorse their achievements. These endorsements are publicly displayed as part of the user’s portfolio. Mentors are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of their endorsements. Xaveit does not independently verify the qualifications or identity of endorsers and disclaims any responsibility for false or misleading endorsements. Users are responsible for selecting credible individuals to act as endorsers.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not engage in unlawful or prohibited activities on the platform. Prohibited uses include:
-
Impersonating another person or entity.
-
Submitting fraudulent or misleading information.
-
Introducing viruses or malicious code.
-
Violating intellectual property rights.
-
Attempting to hack or interfere with the platform’s operations.
Violation of this policy may result in account suspension, removal of content, and legal action.

Xaveit is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data is processed in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). User data is collected for the purposes of providing the service, improving functionality, and ensuring account security. Users may request access to or deletion of their personal information by contacting contact_xaveit@xaveit.com.

10. Termination and Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination will result in loss of access to the platform and deletion of your portfolio and associated data. Xaveit reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose a security risk. We may retain minimal data for audit, legal, or fraud prevention purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability
